Boiler Operation
&
 Maintenance Outsourcing

Customers can choose between boiler alternative operation or boiler installation, as well as the treatment of industrial waste gas and the installation of automatic monitoring systems.

WE OFFER...

Alternative Boiler Operation Plan: Our company dispatches personnel to the customer-specified factory to implement the operation of the boiler and install monitors for better personnel control.

Boiler Installation Plan: Personnel dispatched by our company will visit the customer-specified factory for on-site assessment and measurement. Then, we begin the boiler installation. From installation to subsequent permit documentation, everything is managed by our company, fully complying with environmental regulations.

Personnel Management: Our company manages its personnel distributed in the North, Central, and South regions of Taiwan, using a GPS positioning system to manage personnel movements, effectively grasping issues when there are customer-side emergencies and operational problems. The signals received from satellite GPS are processed and transmitted through the GPS wireless system, displayed on the electronic map platform. Coupled with the appropriate program, it's used for vehicle monitoring and dispatching system, vehicle dispatch scheduling, and emergency boiler repairs.

★ Improved Management: Real-time control, immediate dispatch.

Increased Efficiency: Dynamic scheduling, increased revenue, and reduced mis-dispatch.

★ Cost Reduction: Reduced phone contacts, lower communication costs.

Central Monitoring: Comprehensive monitoring systems are installed at the customer end, with three shifts of monitoring personnel at the headquarters overseeing the boiler operation, warehouse allocation, and spare parts management at the customer end.

★ Multi-loop image switching, monitoring functions, personnel notification, and boiler anomaly alarms.

★ 19-inch and 32-inch ultra-large color LCD monitors are used.

★ 19-inch and 32-inch LCD computers are employed for central monitoring of the customer's blowers, draft fans, furnace grates, and other equipment.

Testing equipment:

1. KIMO 310 Flue Gas Analyzer:

Used for assessing combustion efficiency, thermal efficiency, and boiler efficiency.

Tests for gases: O2, CO, CO2, NOx, SO2

  • Combustion Efficiency: Relates to the complete combustion of fuel; incomplete combustion produces carbon monoxide and unburned residues, reducing the combustion efficiency.
  • Thermal Efficiency: Refers to the heat absorbed by the heat transfer area. Scaling affects heat transfer efficiency.
  • Boiler Efficiency: Concerns the actual fuel-to-steam efficiency, encompassing both combustion and thermal efficiency as well as radiation and convection losses.

2. Compact Handheld Endoscope:

  • Assesses the thickness of scale inside the furnace.
  • Can easily enter any narrow workspace like cavities, shafts, pipes, etc., for condition inspection and damage analysis.
  • To balance the color block state between different materials and improve color fastness, leveling agents are used. Balancing the dyeing temperature of two dyes will blur the boundaries between color blocks, making the color appear more natural.

3. Dual-Channel Vibration Analyzer:

Measures the wear and functionality of various rotary pumps and motor shafts, bearings, and fan blades.
  • Single-channel FFT measurement
  • Single/Double plane online dynamic balancing
  • Total vibration value measurement in various units
  • RPM measurement
  • Phase analysis measurement
  • Pump measurement diagnosis
  • Pathway measurement diagnosis
  • Memory storage and computer transmission

4. Industrial Exhaust Gas Treatment and Automatic Monitoring System (MBJLAB):

Industrial equipment, including combustion equipment that generates industrial exhaust gases, followed by exhaust gas treatment equipment and a chimney for discharging exhaust gases.

  • Features: The waste gas treatment equipment includes an ozone generator. The ozone produced by the ozone generator is injected into the waste gas treatment equipment through a transfer pipe to decompose nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas.

  • A monitoring unit, connected to the flue gas analyzer, uploads the monitored data of the NOx content to the environmental agency or stores it locally. This allows real-time monitoring of the chimney's emission status, achieving pollution control.

  • A flue gas analyzer is connected to the chimney to detect the NOx content in the exhaust gas emitted by the chimney.
