Air Pollution Control Equipment

Cyclone Dust Collector

By utilizing airflow through a specially designed chamber that creates a rotating effect, the dust particles in the airflow experience centrifugal force due to this rotation. At this moment, the speed of the airflow also slows down. As a result, a separation occurs between the dust particles and the air within the cyclone, meaning the dust particles are concentrated within the cyclone, resulting in the emission of clean air.

Features:

  • Simple structure, easy operation, and maintenance-friendly.
  • Doesn't require a special foundation and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, making it cost-effective.
  • Ideal for collecting coarser dust particles.
  • The dust collector is controlled by an electromagnetic valve that uses high-pressure air at automatic timed intervals, ensuring continuous cleaning. This ensures stable performance and extends the lifespan of the filter tube. It is also easy to maintain.
  • High dust collection efficiency, with a dust capture rate of up to 98%.
  • Consistent pressure loss, minimal airflow variation, and high operational efficiency.

Applications:

  • Used for collecting coarser particles or for the separation and pre-treatment of both coarse and fine powders. Examples include sawdust, sanding and grinding powders, fabric scraps, wood chips, wire ends, and more.

Applicable Areas:

  • Woodwork sawdust collection, loading/unloading, mixing, stirring, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, powder coating, foundries, grinding plants, acrylic plastic factories, and other places prone to particle production.

Bag-Type Dust Collector

Basic Mechanism and Working Principle: This is a dust capturing mechanism designed for filtering dusty exhaust gases using filter bags. The mechanism employs various effects such as inertia and interception, diffusion, gravitational settling, and electrostatic attraction. Depending on the method of cleaning the filter bags, bag filter dust collectors can be categorized into vibratory, reverse washing, and pulsating types. The pulsating bag filter dust collector utilizes 5~7kg/cm2 high-pressure air for reverse washing the filter bag, achieving the best cleaning results. It can operate continuously and is often used for medium to large airflow processing.

Features:

  • Suitable for places that require high-quality dust collection, especially with a high concentration of dust or continuous usage.
  • The machine has automatic control for reverse washing times and automatic cleaning (with high-pressure air) of the filter tube. The dust is concentrated on the outer edge of the tube and there's pulsating dust dropping. The suction is relatively consistent, almost above 90%~95%.
  • Instantaneous spray cleaning ensures a consistent pressure drop, minimal airflow variation, and high efficiency.
  • Uses high-density filter cloth, which can be easily inspected and replaced from the outside.
  • The high-density filter cloth is designed for top extraction, making disassembly and replacement very convenient and manpower-saving in management.
  • Incorporates IC control, ensuring stable dust collection performance.
  • Specially developed modular designs, taking into account factory terrain and obstacles, preventing issues like having to move or dismantle existing factory structures or equipment.
  • Low maintenance costs.

Applicable Areas:

  • Machinery factories, paper mills, pharmaceutical factories, kiln industries, lathes and planers, textile factories, grinding and polishing, fiber factories, powder collection, woodworking and shoemaking, foundries, food factories, powder coating, and drying ovens.

Relevant Industries:

  • Rubber and plastic industry, metal processing industry, welding and casting industry, chemical industry, electronics industry, woodworking industry, cement industry, paper industry, leather industry, pharmaceutical industry, and cosmetics industry.

Scrubbing Tower

Wet scrubbing towers are specifically designed to treat water-soluble pollutants in exhaust gases, while also removing coarse particulate pollutants from the exhaust. The exhaust gas is directed into the tower's filling layer, where it chemically reacts with the scrubbing solution, effectively controlling pollutants like VOCs, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and ammonia that are soluble in water. The wet scrubbing tower is favored for its low initial costs and ease of equipment maintenance and operation.

Applicable Industries:
Electronics, semiconductors, optoelectronics, foundries, steel mills, printed circuit boards, chemicals, glass, pharmaceuticals, food, paper, dyeing and finishing, leather, printing, and other process equipment exhaust gas treatment systems. It's also suitable for the exhaust gas treatment systems of incinerators, industrial furnaces, wastewater treatment plants, and for deodorizing systems. It's used for treating exhaust from various industrial processes and laboratory medicine cabinets' acid-base emissions.
