Automatic Detangling Fabric Device 

A newly developed automatic detangling device design. When tangling occurs at high temperatures, there's no need to cool down or shut down the machine to rectify it, reducing the occurrence of abnormal phenomena in the greige fabric and effectively cutting down time costs.

Environmental Responsiveness

It saves on steam consumption, requires low water usage, reduces wastewater discharge, and further cuts down on electricity usage, aligning with energy-saving and carbon-reducing models.

Special Steel Material 

The machine model guarantees the use of SUS316L special steel material, enabling it to adapt to a variety of fabric types: (30~500 g/y) natural fibers, blended fibers (T, T/C, T/R, T/W, T/N, N/C, N/R, O/P...), ultra-fine fibers, fine denier, high-density fibers, taffeta fabric, new synthetic fibers, elastic yarns, and various types of interwoven long and short fibers. It consistently delivers good dyeing techniques and also reduces the hassle of selecting machine models.


Special Design

1. The fabric guiding tube features a unique overflow design that expands the fabric, causing the fabric stack to float in the dyeing solution. This prevents friction against the inner tube wall, allowing dyeing speeds of up to 700m/min without concerns of fabric fuzzing (a single tube can accommodate two fabric strips).

2. The tension between the fabric lifting and the fabric wheel is low, with a short distance and minimal tension, virtually eliminating any stretching or straight-line wrinkling of the fabric stack.

3. The patented tail-end design expands and folds the fabric. As the fabric stack moves forward in an open and spread manner, it exhibits strong permeability and even dyeing. The fabric stack advances in an 'N' folded pattern, eliminating concerns of rope-like formations, edge rolling, creasing, or tangling.

Ultra water-saving, low liquor ratio, high production 

The improved dyeing tank allows the grey fabric to move forward in an orderly stacked manner, greatly increasing the loading of fabric and also reducing the water usage. The liquor ratio is low, ranging from 1:3.5 to 1:5, which can significantly reduce production costs. In addition, the capacity for fabric is large, increasing the production by 30%~60%, and the liquor ratio is reduced (varies depending on the type of fabric).
